Gem Beach Resort, Merang

I had a rather disappointing experience at the resort. The rooms were in dire need of refurbishment and didn't seem clean or well-maintained. Additionally, we faced some serious issues with water and electricity supply. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the meals were decent. However, the overall value for the money spent just wasn't there.

My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the staff was friendly and helpful, especially during check-in, the state of the facilities was disappointing. The rooms were dated and needed maintenance, and the dining options could use more variety. This hotel has potential with planned renovations, but currently, I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation.
